Title of course: 4- HOUR MAST CLIMBER USER AND OPERATOR

Course Description: This course is a Worker Training requirement for an individual to use or operate a Mast Climber in New York City.

Topics include but not limited to:

• Mast Climber Accidents
• OSHA 1926 Overview
• NYC Construction Codes Overview
• Use of Mast Climbers
• Operation of Mast Climbers
• Pre-shift Mast Climber Inspection
• Accident/Incident Reporting and Protocols

Pre-requisites: There are no pre-requisites for the course. Students must speak the language in which the course is given.

CEU’s: 0.4

Course Fee: $150.00

Course Duration: 4 Hours of training (not including class breaks)

Course Materials: This course consists of several different components which include power point presentations, lecture, real life case studies, class discussion and hands on demonstration. We will provide a student manuals, Hands-on demonstration, and in-class practical exercises. This class also available online.

Course and attendance Policy: Students must earn a 70% or more in their final exam in order to successfully complete the course. Students are required to complete 100% of the course and actively participate in all learning activities. Upon successful class completion, students will receive a picture ID wallet card certificate.
